We're looking for a top-notch, skilled Senior Recruiter to join our growing financial service, technology company! This role is focused on the entire recruitment process. You will oversee everything from launching new job openings and supporting stakeholders to finding and managing candidates through the interview process to making hires.At FalconX, you'll be an integral part of a dynamic digital asset platform that's changing the game for institutional token trading, and we're excited to have someone with your sourcing expertise help shape our next chapter of growth.Responsibilities:
Manage the full cycle candidate experiencePartner with hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring processBe accountable for achieving hiring goals and mutually aligned measures of successGuide and consult with hiring teams in order to improve the process and hiring outcomesSource passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Google X-Ray, Social Media, Alumnae Networks, and/or other Job BoardsAssess candidates for role matchContribute to key project that raise the bar for the Talent Acquisition functionWork with cross-functional partners in areas such as People and FinanceQualifications:
5-7+ years of Recruiting experience, preferably in a high paced industry or companyProven track record of identifying and closing difficult to attract candidatesDeep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping, research, sourcing, interviewing, to closingExperience partnering with a variety of hiring teamsDemonstrated ability to assess candidates based on structured and clear criteria co-developed with hiring teamsData informed approach to decision makingHands-on recruiting experience in Financial Services or FinTechExperience recruiting in technical and non-technical areasDemonstrated track record of filling leadership roles and sourcing niche talentAbility to think strategically and proactivelyWho thrives at FalconX?

This is a full-time position with an expected annual compensation of $120,000 - $165,000. The actual compensation for a successful candidate may vary based on factors such as skill set, relevant experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. This position also offers other forms of compensation and benefits consisting of overtime compensation ( when applicable ), relocation assistance ( if applicable ), performance-linked bonus, paid time off (including sick time) benefits, paid Company holidays, participation in the Company’s equity and 401k retirement plan, competitive employee health, dental, and vision benefits each subject to the terms and conditions of the governing plan documents and Company policies.Inclusivity Statement
