Our team is responsible for the strategic execution and delivery of key initiatives - within Single Family Automated Underwriting Risk Assessment (AURA) - which delivers on our mission through engagement with sellers with products and tools that support the expansion of equitable and sustainable homeownership.Your Impact:
As an expert Project Manager, with exposure to various technology methodologies, your skills within facilitation, organization, and coordination across management of scheduling, budget/ financials, risk and governance will have a direct impact on the enterprise. You will partner across technology fields and business divisions delivering select scope while contributing to work-efforts and project schedules. The savviness to tailor communication to various teammates will serve well as engagement of project team members, collaborators and interaction with executive leadership will be a normal occurrence. This role is an all-encompassing project management role influencing and bringing together numerous standout colleagues to drive key delivery dates while identifying delivery risks and developing mitigation plans.Qualifications:
Typically has 5 - 7 years related Program/Project Management experience
College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred.
Intermediate Microsoft Suite including Viso
Intermediate Microsoft Project skills
Intermediate Excel skills
Intermediate PowerPoint Skills
5+ years technology background preferred
Agile, Jira, SDLC, CSM exposure preferred
Mortgage / Financial Industry experience preferred
Keys to Success in this Role:
Keen eye towards the Customer/Client needs
Ability to build roots by understanding the business and industry processes
Use PM standard processes (e.g. RAID) along with being creative when needed
Use your PM toolkit as needed pulling from other validated methodologies
Desire to tackle issues, finding that path forward for the organization and team

site.This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $97,000 - $145,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
