Full TimeSalary Range: $110,000 to $125,000 commensurate w/experienceQualifications
Bachelor's Degree (Master’s Degree strongly preferred) in Business Administration, Human Services, Healthcare, or related field of study.10 years of progressive management experience in human services.Experience in a non-profit setting. Service delivery experience to individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required.Strong management and project management skills.A successful track record in attracting and retaining top talent and high performing teams.Experience in operations/business management.Knowledge of Department of Mental Health, Medicaid/Medicare funding and CARF accreditation standards.Valid driver’s license and insurance.Must be able to pass a background check.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in computer skills including Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Word.Core Responsibilities
Provide expert advice, guidance, and direction on business matters, including operational policies and procedures, new initiatives, and future strategic planning.Collaborate with the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive leadership in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring/talent needs.Work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Leadership Team to create, implement, and roll out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems, and company policies all designed to foster growth, fiscal sustainability, and efficiencies within the organization.Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of an agency-wide quality assurance system that supports outcome attainment, service standards compliance, and quality improvement in all agency services.Serve as Willows Way’s Corporate Compliance Officer.Support in the development of outcome-based measurements, monitor progress, and manage services toward achieving those outcomes.Provide consultation and input to agency leadership for development of policies and procedures regarding service standards compliance and accreditation standards.Ensure all facilities, including homes and offices, are maintained, there is a system for requesting service, appropriate capital improvements are made, and fleet and other ancillary services are optimized and operating effectively.Ensure that all departments meet funding source guidelines/requirements and monitor submission of all agency grant applications.Partner with the Chief Financial Officer and finance team to develop and maintain an operating budget.Assist the Chief Executive Officer in staffing Board committees and full Board meetings as requested.Maintain internal and external relationships with key stakeholders and trade associations educating and advocating for resolutions of issues facing those with I/DD and their direct support teams.Display a positive attitude, contribute to a positive and productive work environment, and demonstrate belief in the value of teamwork.Excellent Benefits
