Through your innovative strategies and leadership, you'll help drive transformation for our workforce by ensuring we hire the right roles in the right locations, in ways that will amplify our culture of collaboration and connectedness, enabling Intuit to achieve its full potential.Collaborating closely with our People and Places senior leadership team and senior leaders across tech, business segments, and functions, you’ll reimagine where, when, and how we work. As a strategic thinker with deep understanding of work models, talent pools, and transformation, you’ll be a change agent that drives the reimagination and realization of our workforce and site strategy. Your proven ability to effectively translate strategy into execution will be instrumental in

building and operationalizing a durable workforce strategy capability that spans the company and drives accountability across the organization . In this pivotal role, you will also spearhead the

continued evolution of our hybrid work model , fostering a flexible, dynamic, and inclusive environment where employees thrive. You will own the data, metrics, and philosophy behind Intuit’s flexible work model - being a customer-obsessed thought leader, and steward for our teams all over the world.Our ideal candidate is a collaborative and data-oriented leader with a proven track record of translating business and organizational objectives into tangible plans that move our site strategy forward, bringing top, diverse talent into the company. Ultimately, this leader will guide us towards our future workforce model, fostering a culture of connectedness and belonging, and empowering us to collaborate and innovate rapidly. In addition, you will partner with our diversity, equity, and inclusion team to ensure our site strategy supports and accelerates the progress we are making to diversify Intuit’s workforce. This transformation will ensure we continue to grow and deliver exceptional results for our customers. This leader will report to the Vice President of Places and work closely with our Chief People and Places Officer and People and Places senior leadership team.Responsibilities

Increase co-located teams across the company and build leadership buy-in for deliberate location strategy at the team level.Develop the capability that will project multi-year workforce growth, in alignment with the company’s strategic initiatives, and help inform our longer-term real estate plan.Create a comprehensive roadmap of cross-functional work to deliver on our workforce strategy including principles and success metrics. Develop and oversee the execution of this work across a wide range of stakeholders.Develop outside-in perspectives on operating and org models based on benchmarking and best practices. Proactively bring external perspectives on workforce strategy and relevant benchmarks from peer companies and other innovators.Evangelize and champion Intuit’s site strategy and workforce transformation in partnership with Communications, Technology Leaders, and other key leaders across the company.Collaborate with the Analytics and Tech team to establish robust reporting and analytics capabilities that drive key insights and decision-making, supporting the evolution of our workforce strategy.Drive greater accountability by ensuring leaders utilize hybrid data effectively for team management.Responsible for supporting Intuit's Site Leadership program, ensuring site leaders have access to data and playbooks to lead the success of their site's growth, engagement, and overall experience.Minimum Requirements

10+ years of experience in strategic workforce planning, business and/or operational leadership; background in organizational strategy and stakeholder management, with experience in consulting and large organizations, is a plus. Experience balancing strategic thinking with execution capabilities is key.Analytics and Data: Strong critical thinking skills and data-driven mindset. Experience applying various methodologies or practices to assess processes, business issues and people. Ability to extract key messages from detail and translate into audience appropriate messages.Problem Solving & Agility: Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions and craft high quality recommendations in a fast paced, rapid change environment. Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; sense of urgency. Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, and demonstrated ability to shift between strategy and execution seamlessly.Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to proactively cultivate strong partnerships with senior VP stakeholders, understanding their priorities and aligning workforce strategies accordingly. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insightful counsel and data-driven recommendations to shape key decisions.Collaborative Leadership: Actively build consensus and drive alignment across diverse teams and senior leaders. Foster a collaborative environment where perspectives are valued and integrated into workforce solutions.Impactful Communication: Possesses exceptional communication skills, translating complex workforce data into compelling narratives that resonate with senior executives. Effectively articulate the value proposition of proposed changes, securing buy-in and driving action.Business Leadership: Strong, team-oriented leadership skills. Able to independently identify, frame and confront issues and offer solution options. Strong initiative. Solid business acumen. Minimum 5-7 years of experience managing employees and cross functional teams with a stellar track record of building high-performing teams and leading at an executive level.Change Leadership: Significant experience with large-scale organizational change efforts. Experienced change agent who can influence and build trust across a highly cross-functional organization to accelerate outcomes.
