Market Presidents (MPs) are the business leads in their market(s). They act as a link between the field and Aledade Centralized support teams, focusing on ACO-specific business operations. MPs partner with Regional and Senior Medical Directors to align clinical initiatives with savings goals and provide the business case and direction for field team practice interactions. Market Presidents display a strong “company first” mentality, lending perspective, thought leadership and collaboration to help Aledade innovate, improve and scale across departments. They also have active involvement in Market Leadership Meetings/Retreats, Strategy & Priority Meetings and Key Results.

Responsibilities:

Manages at least one market constituting a state or group of states that align with a concentrated area of Aledade Lives Under Management (LUM).Sets the strategic direction for their market(s).Is responsible for heightened business development and relationship management of external key stakeholder relationships including payers, PCA’s, State Entities, Quality Institutes, etc at the market level.Displays a strong “company first” mentality, beyond the scope of the local Market, lending perspective, thought leadership and collaboration to help Aledade innovate, improve and scale across departments.Active involvement in Market Leadership Meetings/Retreats, Strategy & Priority Meetings, and driving Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).Serves as the point person on key Aledade initiatives where the expertise of an Aledade market leader is needed.Provides operational direction and oversight to Market Manager(s), Practice Transformation Specialist(s), and Director(s), if applicable, in their market(s).Assumes Financial Accountability for their Market(s) with a principal focus on OKRs, strategic relationships, and growth.Percentage Breakdown:

ACO Strategy- Set and achieve annual savings and quality targets for contracts and practices, in alignment with current year Revenue Performance Priorities and in conjunction with the VPs and Directors of Provider Networks teams as applicable.Regional Growth & Development- Collaborate with Central Growth and local field team to identify and establish partnerships with new physician practices; establish connections with key regional and local partner organizations (e.g., health systems, specialists, ancillary groups, post-acute providers, etc.) to achieve targets.MP ACO Leadership and Operations- Manage ACO Profit & Loss and actively interface between ACO operations teams and Aledade Centralized Support teams to maximize financial returns. Lead local and/or multi-state ACO Boards. Liaison between ACO Board and Aledade Centralized Support teams.Professional Development of Direct Reports - Support the professional development goals and endeavors of direct reports, guiding their aspirations to align with company goals and OKRs.Minimum Qualifications:

12+ years of related experience working as a client-facing project lead in the healthcare industry (i.e., health plan, hospital, pharmaceutical manufacturer, government, pharmacy chain, management consulting) with a proven track record of creating, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships and communicating effectively with senior management.8+ years of management experience and success in leadership roles.5+ years of Value Based Care Experience.Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree or other advanced degrees in health services research, health policy, healthcare administration, mathematics/statistics, information technology, or other relevant fields.
