The Senior Manager will leverage knowledge of healthcare quality measurement to develop and maintain initiatives and documentation to support high quality care across our full range of health plan contracts, including Traditional Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Commercial and Medicaid patient populations. This includes becoming a subject matter expert in quality measure specifications and documentation requirements, such as NCQA HEDIS measures, and maintaining Aledade’s quality measure educational materials that support our field teams and medical practices in their own efforts to provide excellent medical care that results in a high level of performance on measured aspects of healthcare quality in support of primary care practices. The Senior Manager will also be able to translate Medicare policy into quality reporting improvement and lead targeted quality improvement initiatives to address gaps in care.Primary Duties:Strategic Planning and Alignment:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to align quality goals with overall business strategy, product strategy, and organizational goals.Develop and implement plans that prioritize quality initiatives based on business priorities, available resources, and dependencies.Identify and manage risks, including dependencies, trade-offs, and potential roadblocks.Educational Resources:
Lead the creation and maintenance of documentation to support field team and medical practices’ increased understanding of quality measure requirements.Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring transparency and alignment with predefined goals.Conduct field-facing and practice-facing education on improving quality measurement understanding and performance.Performance Measurement and Analysis:
Analyze data to surface opportunities, risks, and trends, providing actionable recommendations to enhance overall program effectiveness and measure progress against key performance indicators.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degreeAt least 7+ years of professional experience that includes project/program management, including 3+ years of experience with healthcare quality.Familiarity with NCQA/HEDIS quality measures.Experience working within a start-up and/or rapidly evolving environment, with the ability to be adaptable to change and cheerfully navigate the challenges of a growing and evolving company.Ability to manage expectations and track performance.Ability to both work collegially within a team on defined projects and to independently take initiative to seek out new opportunities for quality improvement in an evolving space within the health care system.Organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with a track record of handling multiple initiatives and work streams at once.Strong skills within Google Workspace (G Suite), including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.Preferred Qualifications:
