Contracts and Growth Systems Service Area LeadKey Role:Lead a team of functional and technical experts responsible for Booz Allen’s Contracts and Growth systems. Lead the design and continuous improvement of contracts systems to support the evolution of business needs and technology capabilities, including efforts to implement a new, integrated Contracts Life Cycle Management solution. Develop, own, and execute product roadmaps. Engage with stakeholders across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and backlog prioritization. Maintain responsibility for leading discussions with the business to elicit system improvements, translate functional requirements into technical specifications, and devise the best technical solution for integrations and configurations to ensure system operability and scalability. Leverage best practices to maintain and modernize the system. Review technical and business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.Basic Qualifications:10+ years of experience as a technical lead for contracts or pricing systems and solutions5+ years of experience with product managementKnowledge of the full employee life cycle, including hire to retire, security, audit, compliance, and reportingAbility to function as an Advisory Consultant for technology solutions to meet the firm's business needsAbility to collaborate closely with functional stakeholders, end users, and leads on configuration and solutioningAbility to function as a coach and mentor to team membersAbility to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressureBachelor’s degreeCompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
