OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Business Development to lead our growth initiatives and expand our market presence. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales and business development, who can effectively manage projects and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
This position will oversee both the Omaha and Lincoln NE areas.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.Identify new market opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base.Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms that align with company goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities and manage client interactions effectively.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and decision-making.Oversee project management efforts related to business development initiatives, ensuring timely execution and delivery.Provide leadership and mentorship to the business development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Experience
Must have 10 years of experience
in the Health Care industry, preferably in Assisted Living, Nursing Home, Home Care, Home Health, or Hospice.Must have established relationships
with potential referral partners.
