Candidates should be dedicated to client advocacy and have a strong understanding of insurance law.Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in handling bad faith insurance claims or related insurance litigation.Proficient in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.Experience conducting depositions and mediations.Strong analytical and research skills.Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active member of the California State Bar.Key Responsibilities:Manage all stages of bad faith insurance litigation.Analyze claims, prepare cases for trial, and represent clients in court or mediation when necessary.Advise clients on their rights and options regarding insurance policies.Collaborate with team members to develop effective legal strategies.Compensation:401kProfit SharingHealth and Dental Insurance (80% employer paid premium)Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceSupplemental Insurance Plans through MetLifeReferral IncentivesRelocation Bonus
