Bad Faith Insurance Attorney

Direct Counsel is currently seeking a skilled Bad Faith Insurance Attorney to join a well-established law firm in Los Angeles, CA. This position offers an exciting opportunity to handle complex bad faith insurance claims and work with a talented team of professionals in the field. Candidates should be dedicated to client advocacy and have a strong understanding of insurance law.

• Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in handling bad faith insurance claims or related insurance litigation.
• Proficient in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Experience conducting depositions and mediations.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the California State Bar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all stages of bad faith insurance litigation.
• Analyze claims, prepare cases for trial, and represent clients in court or mediation when necessary.
• Advise clients on their rights and options regarding insurance policies.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective legal strategies.
