Westlake Financial Services believes in PEOPLE with the PURPOSE and PASSION to assist our more than 22,000 dealer partners throughout North America.What’s the role?This position is responsible for maintaining company policies and procedures related to managing repossession assignment handling, repossession vendor relationships, ensuring staff adherence to company policies regarding consumer interaction, assist in departmental policy procedure development, review and approval of repossession related invoices, and other data management and reporting support functions. The primary objective of this position is properly overseeing the timely and effective placement of repossession assignments, maintaining, and addressing company recovery performance with a network of recovery agents nationwide, while maintaining full adherence to company policies with regard to consumer related interaction.This position works closely with external entities including repossession associations, repossession agents, auto auctions, transporters, as well as internal departments as both a service provider and service recipient.What is it like being part of our Repossession Team?Being part of our repossession team means you are self-directed in work prioritization and will demonstrate sound decision-making ability across a broad scope of responsibilities. This is a productive team who upholds great pride and responsibility that their performance affects other functions and the company’s overall profitability.
