Responsible for all aspect of underwriting in the acquisitions unit to affect maximum possible profitabilityESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Checking for signed applicationChecking for correctly signed contractValidating application/contract data with CRM inputsCalculating incomeThoroughly analyzing the credit report to includeNo hit 25 or overAuthorized User codes (3)Active AutosActive BankruptcyConsumer Credit Counseling (CCC)Checking/Investigating duplicate reference, job and home phonesChecking for Duplicate SSNChecking for Duplicate VinBooking out vehicleStaging deal for verificationsDocumenting the dealReviewing, investigating and finalizing alerts as appropriateConducting final review of dealAssure to fund deal at the properly staged discount, rate, term and finance amount.Responsible for managing your daily goal assigned my ManagerProvide Excellent Customer Service to our Customers
PAY RATE:$45,000 to $55,000 per yearThe exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable
