Colebrook, NH
and form strong relationships with grateful patients in an underserved area. This position is located in a peaceful outdoor paradise in Northern New Hampshire where there is a cultural emphasis on family, independence, and hard work.The APRN/PA will provide direct patient care services that will include, but not be limited to: recording physical and mental status, performing physical exams, ordering diagnostic tests, implementing and managing plans of care, as well as prescribing and dispensing medications and more. Direct patient care time will be split between acute care and established patient panel. The provider will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to maintain a good working relationship with all levels of personnel, medical staff, administration, and the public as well as share the values of Weeks Medical Center.Provider must have a minimum of
2 years
in practice in outpatient primary care and be comfortable working autonomously.Primary Care:
