About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Benefits Program Manager to oversee and manage our US benefit programs. The successful candidate will assist in the development, implementation, and administration of our employee benefits programs, including health, disability, retirement, and other ancillary benefits, as well as analyze benefit costs and strategy to ensure market competitiveness and compliance with federal and state laws. This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels as well as manage vendor relations and contracts.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Design, implement, and manage comprehensive benefits programs that align with company objectives and meet employee needs.Oversee the administration of health, dental, vision, retirement, disability, and other benefit plans.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits.Collaborate with benefit vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of benefit plans and vendor performance.Analyze benefit data to identify trends, assess plan performance, and recommend improvements.Prepare and present reports on benefit program performance and costs to senior management.Develop and deliver communication materials to educate employees about their benefit options and changes.Provide guidance and support to employees regarding escalated benefit inquiries and issues.Lead benefits-related projects, including annual enrollment, plan renewals, and benefit enhancements.Manage the implementation of new benefit programs or changes to existing programs.Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in benefits management and administrationMinimum of 5 years of experience with US employee benefit programs and best practicesPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of progressive experience in benefits management, preferably in a global organizationExtensive knowledge of US employee benefit programs and best practicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, management, and external vendorsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systemsExperience with benefits administration software is a plusThis position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.Job Type:

Intel Benefits .Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:$99,487.00-$149,235.00Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.Work Model for this Role:
