Sales and Operations Planning

(SnOP) and the Sales and Operations Execution (SnOE) processes and associated plans. This position requires excellent collaboration skills, a rapport with executive leadership, and expertise in the FPGA supply chain as well as strong working knowledge of the FPGA market. Responsibilities include planning, managing, and executing technical and specialized supply chain programs or projects to meet specific objectives or goals. Understands the capability ecosystem and technical requirements of Intel's and Altera's partners and works closely with the internal development teams to guide the direction of the supply chain initiatives. Reviews and updates the project/program schedule(s) with all stakeholders that will be affected by the project/program activities and develops a comprehensive schedule while monitoring future work to proactively adjust for unforeseen scheduling challenges. Develops project/program indicators to manage program health including quality and timelines. Conducts project/program close out assessment, after action reviews and creates a recommendations report documenting the successful and unsuccessful project/program elements. Develops or supports the transition change management plan and communicates to all stakeholders via several communication methods. Drives and makes decisions within project/program boundary conditions and uses RAD model to drive effective decision making for the whole program.In this role, your responsibilities will include:Drive the successful execution of the SnOP process and define clear decision ownership and responsibilities.Responsible for gathering inputs, monitoring KPIs, and creating and maintaining the operating plan.Coordinates with cross functional stakeholders to solve supply - demand gaps in the operating plan.Serves as the subject matter expert for supply plan execution and SnOE governance.Coordinates cross functional decision makers for inputs to exception management and resolution.Responsible for stewarding the performance of the operating plan.Accountable for conducting root cause analysis (RCAs) for identified deviations (actual vs plan) in SnOE and SnOP KPIs.Leads meeting orchestration to ensure cross-functional alignment to present information to the executive leadership team for trade-off decisions.Orchestrates resolution of escalations and/or executive approvals impacting priority products/customers.Responsible for the performance of the SnOE and SnOP processes and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum education requirements and minimum required qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes, project work, internships, and/or military experience. Additional preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree with 6 years of experience or Master’s Degree in related field with 4+ years of experience in supply chain, finance, economics, IE, or a related field.4+ years of experience with handling business priorities and importance of business results, ensuring team attention is focused on most relevant topics.4+ years of experience with supply chain processes and broad cross-functional knowledge across product, finance, sales, marketing, and procurement.4+ years of experience managing SnOE and SnOP data, decision, people, and activities.2+ years of experience orchestrating cross-functional team management and leadership.This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.Preferred Qualifications:Business acumen - understands ecosystem, business, and supply chain challenges and landscape.Solid interpersonal skills - can bring difficult discussions to the table and arbitrate different viewpoints effectively, not afraid to speak up to ensure success of program and call out dysfunction.Presence and Communications - can create and facilitate engagement and dialogue and open communication in stressful situations, can communicate goals and plans to leaders and critical project stakeholders.Customer engagement skills and the ability to develop strong partnerships by gaining their trust and respect.Job Type:
