This individual will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of the Data Governance program and will act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist with the Data Governance program administration, maintenance, and user support for data governance tools and systems.Support the creation, maintenance, and accessibility of data governance policies, procedures, and related program documentation.Support in providing reports for business and technical functional areas.Partner with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and Technical delivery teams to develop, test, and deliver high-quality products and features.Develop and maintain critical business relationships throughout the organization, ensuring senior leaders are consistently well informed about priorities, capabilities, timelines, and issues.Organize and schedule training sessions and workshops, prepare training materials, and track participant attendance.Assist in the development, maintenance, and improvement of the Governance dashboard and reporting tools.Provide support for the DG programs communication channel and documentation library.Contribute to ensuring that the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) policies and programs of Metro are carried out.May be required to perform other related job duties.Essential Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesKnowledge of applicable business software applications.Basic reporting software such as PowerBI, Tableau.Skill inListening to users, interpreting needs, and providing support.Preparing easily consumable reports, professional e-mails, and correspondence.Communicating effectively orally and in writing.Interacting professionally with various levels of Metro employees and outside representatives.Ability toCompile, analyze, and communicate system information and data.Develop and maintain project schedules.Think and act independently.Find creative solutions to problems.Train users in implemented systems and tools.Read, write, speak, and understand English.Minimum QualificationsA combination of education and/or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position. Additional experience, as outlined below, may be substituted for required education on a year-for-year basis. A typical combination includes:Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.Experience:
