Join our world-class team today!Position Specific DescriptionNextEra Energy is seeking an innovative and results-driven Manager, Experience Architecture to join our team. This role will partner closely with Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) and Solution Architects to drive strategic application vision and build Human-Centered Design (HCD) delivery roadmaps. The successful candidate will lead the tactical execution of discovery and research while managing a team of dedicated professionals focused on accelerating project success and improving application adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Proactive Strategic Application Vision:
Collaborate with BRMs and Solution Architects to define a strategic application vision.Develop and maintain HCD delivery roadmaps to ensure alignment with business goals.
Partner for Experience Success and Application Adoption:
Work closely with BRMs and Solution Architects to ensure successful application adoption and user experience delight.Act as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders to align project objectives and outcomes.
Lead Tactical Excellence in Execution:
Oversee the successful execution and acceleration of discovery and research phases.Manage partner report-outs to ensure transparency and alignment on project progress and findings.
Deliver Project Accelerators:
Develop and implement project accelerators, including ongoing research and accumulated business knowledge, to reduce timelines for discovery and design phases.Provide insights and tools to streamline project processes and improve efficiency.
Manage Team of Direct Reports:
Lead a team of direct reports embedded with partners to build and maintain Business Unit (BU) roadmaps and accelerators.Stand up project-level pods focused on driving business outcomes, ensuring teams are aligned and motivated.Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities for team members.
Ideal QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Project Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in experience consulting, application strategy, or a related field.Proven ability to drive strategic application vision and develop HCD delivery roadmaps.Strong background in research methodologies and tactical execution of discovery phases.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders.Demonstrated experience in managing a team of professionals and fostering a collaborative working environment.Proficiency in project management tools and software.Job Overview
