We are growing and looking for a
Partner Manager
who will partner and work closely with our financial institution partners for the initial implementation of the SavvyMoney solution, and for subsequent product enhancements.
Roles and Responsibilities
Be the project manager for financial institution partners for the initial implementation and subsequent product enhancements.
Cultivate and manage relationships with your portfolio of partners. Be their voice and champion in our organization.
Coordinate with product, technology, and implementation teams to keep the scope and direction of each implementation on schedule, and ensure each partner has an exceptional experience from the beginning of the relationship.
Work alongside SavvyMoney’s creative team to develop marketing briefs, campaigns, and collaterals for partners’ internal and external use.
Develop partner communication strategies that promote SavvyMoney relevance and ROI.
Represent SavvyMoney at conferences, forums, and other industry and networking events.
Identify areas of improvement that will result in more efficient processes and an enhanced partner experience.
Measure, report, and communicate on the success of marketing metrics, KPIs, and partner engagement.
To be successful in this Role
Be a self-starter that can work independently with little oversight.
Always be proactive in anticipating the needs of partners and address these in a timely and professional manner.
You are focused on the customer experience and the service level provided.
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
You are passionate about your partners receiving exceptional support for themselves and their end-users.
You are always a team player and eager to lend a helping hand in a nimble organization.
Skills and Qualifications
2+ years in a client management role, preferably in financial services
Passionate about building strong relationships and exceeding client expectations
Ability to work with different styles and personalities and possess excellent analytical, listening, communication and presentation skills
Effective time management, organization, and prioritization skills
Highly motivated and collaborative, with proven ability to achieve individual and team-based targets
Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SalesForce
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but candidates with an equivalent combination of education and business experience will be considered
Base Salary
The annual base salary for this position is between $75,000.00 and $95,000.00 depending upon experience.
