Vice President, Strategy
As the Vice President, Strategy you will spearhead the company's strategic planning process with an agile, proactive, and customer-centric approach. Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer (CSTO), you will be part of a high-performing team driving a multi-year transformation program focused on operational and commercial excellence.
Success in this transversal role requires a strong ability to lead by influence, build trust-based relationships, and collaborate effectively with leaders and teams across the company.
Essential Functions & Requirements:
Establishes and leads strategic planning process to ensure the company's Full Potential Plan (FPP) remains focused on key priorities.
Ensures alignment to the company vision and strategy by collaborating closely with Finance on integrated business planning and annual budget development.
Develops and disseminates market and competitive intelligence and translates insights into actionable strategic opportunities and threats.
Collaborates with the Chief Commercial Officer, Marketing, and Sales teams to develop high-level go-to-market strategies.
Defines and tracks market share targets by industry vertical, geography, and customer segment.
Partners with Innovation and Commercial teams to drive business model innovation.
Education:
Bachelor's degree (required)
MBA (preferred)
Experience:
7+ years of experience in a B2B strategy function or as a consultant advising B2B companies on market and business strategy (required)
Proven track record of delivering actionable insights to drive rapid business growth (required)
Demonstrated experience working on high-performing, agile teams in a fast-paced environment (required)
