Job OverviewWe are seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team in a dynamic fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong background in coffee, fine dining, and catering.
Responsibilities
Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the establishment.Manage and lead a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service.Coordinate food production and maintain high standards of quality.Utilize POS systems effectively for transactions and inventory management.Support in training staff on food safety practices and service standards.Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for business growth.
Requirements
Previous experience as an Assistant Manager in a similar setting.Proficiency in food preparation, bar operations, and food production.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.Knowledge of catering operations and event planning.Familiarity with fine dining service standards and attention to detail.Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
