We look forward to meeting you.We are seeking a Ship Integration & Test (SI&T) Alignment Engineer to join our team to support the Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) activities. As a SI&T Alignment Engineer supporting PEO IWS, you will be trusted to bring together a multi-disciplinary team that is geographically dispersed to provide engineering planning, design, integration, installation, and test of Aegis Combat Systems (ACS) onboard ships post-construction and during maintenance availabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting Aegis Combat System Alignment Verification.This position can be located at either San Diego, CA, Norfolk, VA, Chesapeake, VA, Washington, DC, or Cherry Hill, NJ. This role is contingent upon contract award.What You Will Do

Report to the AWS Engineering Lead and the ATO/ATM.Conduct shipboard or site alignment testing, data processing, review and analysis of alignment verification data.Review and produce adaptation data products, including identify and resolve issues.Conduct shipboard testing according to government furnished test procedures.What You Must Have

Strongly prefer a Bachelor of Arts or Science (BA/BS) in the relevant field and 10+ years of experience as an Alignment Engineer or equivalent experience (or 15+ years of experience without a degree).Ability to work collaboratively as part of the larger Navy and Marine Corps Sector.A US DoD Secret security clearance is required.US Citizenship is required.9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.Bonus Points For...
