We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.The Global Business Strategy and Operations team is responsible for providing insightful review, perspective and direction on the strategy and operating performance of Google’s Global Business Organization (GBO). The function comprises critical strategic and operational teams that accelerate Google’s performance and empowers leaders to lead. The team is part of the Global Go-to-Market (GTM) organization that ensures Google’s business is pursuing the best strategy.As the Strategy and Operations Lead for the GBO Strategic Narratives and CBO Engagement team, you will be a key player in supporting CBO effectiveness and driving clear, cohesive narratives, processes, and programs that drive business priorities and land cultural transformation. You will be responsible for developing compelling, data-driven narratives that motivate teams, empower leaders, clarify expectations and priorities, and help set the tone for GBO’s business and culture. You’ll also lead time-sensitive projects and initiatives for GBO leadership and distill findings into polished/creative presentations with insights for senior executives and global teams.The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google’s complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.Responsibilities:Support the development and execution of strategic narratives and executive communications that land change management across Google’s global business organization.Support internal and customer engagements for Google’s Chief Business Officer and GBO leadership.Lead and contribute to mission-critical projects for GBO leadership by understanding context and developing a prioritized scope and approach for resolution in ambiguous situations.Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership by preparing and delivering presentations and briefs.Ensure GBO’s strategy and narrative cascades to the broader team.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
