The People Analytics Partner role provides data, analytics, and strategic decision support to our People Leadership Team across our Business Units and Regions; this role we are hiring for is supporting our Americas portfolio; which includes both our North America and Latin America Regions; however, it would also involve some collaboration with the global team, operating across multiple time zones.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, statistics, and human resources, with a focus on generating actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making within the organization. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, analyze data, and communicate findings effectively to Leadership audiences. Partners closely with business leaders to provide strategic decision support through data and analyticsSees beyond requestors’ asks to understand the root query or challenge for which data and analytics are being soughtApplies knowledge in quantitative and qualitative analysis as well as data visualization to surface clear and compelling narratives that inform the strategies of the RegionInfluences the development of actionable KPIs that drive business decisions and inform executive management and other key constituentsProvides thought leadership to convert inputs from stakeholder teams into creative, scalable solutionsProvides program management support for Solutioning and Automation projects, and other key activities as warrantedCollaborates with data engineering and visualization resources to access and manipulate data, explain data requirements, and surface findings via cutting-edge visualizations and dashboardsDemonstrates exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive people dataDefines, validates, and enforces HR data integrity in collaboration with HR systems teamsAll About You

Experience using HRIS tools (Workday preferred)Experience in relationship building across large scale organizationsExperience managing and analyzing structured and unstructured data using tools such as SQL, R, or PythonFamiliarity with ETL tool capabilities and utility (e.g., Alteryx, Informatica)Experience in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, and Domo preferred)Education
