Evaluates the organizations jobs, documenting responsibilities and requirements in job descriptions. Contributes organizational data to, and analyzes results of, compensation surveys. Conducts market analysis of company jobs to determine competitive positioning of the organizations pay programs. Participates in annual salary administration programs, including salary structure creation and maintenance and development of incentive or salary increase budgets. Participates in administration of annual performance management, incentive, or salary increase programs.Manages the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs.Provides consultation to HR Managers on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations.Implements creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs and incentive plans.Compiles and prepares data for use in leadership meetings and as a basis for key decisions.Participates in salary surveys.Conducts market pricings and job reviews.Ensures pay changes are within guidelines.Participates in managing and testing the annual merit and bonus cycle. Ensures compliance with federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations.What we are looking for:5+ years of Compensation experience.Bachelor's Degree, Required:
Human Resources, Business Administration or in related field from a four-year college or university.
Master's Degree, Preferred.SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential a plus.CCP preferred.Advanced Workday skills.Advanced data analysis and interpretation.Knowledge of advanced compensation practices.Excellent Consultative skills.Proficient public speaking skills.Excellent communication skills.Ability to persuade decision-makers with and without authority.
