What do we do?
3TG Staffing Solutions has ambitious growth plans and seeks a Director of Programs to serve as Chief of Staff and Advisor to its senior leadership team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role ensures the company achieves its strategic objectives, prepares for upcoming initiatives, and supports senior leadership transitions. The Director of Programs plays a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, providing counsel on critical business matters.
Assist the CEO in gathering and developing responses on sensitive and confidential client and operational issues.
Maintain regular communication with the CEO to review priorities and brief on key calendar items.
Draft and finalize correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO.
Collaborate with department heads to resolve operational challenges and ensure timely decision-making.
Oversee the scheduling and preparation of CEO’s activities, including agendas, briefings, and presentations.
Represent the CEO at external engagements and internal meetings as needed.
Supervise administrative and programmatic staff, ensuring efficient office operations.
Lead special projects and committees to advance strategic initiatives.
Manage budgetary responsibilities for the CEO’s office operations.
Serve as a liaison with key stakeholders, including clients and partner organizations.
Perform additional duties as required to support company objectives.
This is an ON-SITE Position.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Seven years of progressive experience, including at least two years in a managerial role.
Equivalent combination of experience, education, and training may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Seven years of experience in consulting or staffing industries.
Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
