Requisition ID: 36566What You Can ExpectAs the IT Systems Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure and Operations in Houston, Texas for ENGIE’s North America Global Business Support (GBS), you will provide daily run support for the North America region within the ENGIE global division. The position plays a pivotal role in guiding our organization through the complex landscape of cloud computing. Every day, you will report to the GBS IT Manager as a subject matter expert providing technical insight and hands-on support related to cloud services.What You’ll BringA minimum of a Bachelor’s degree where you have learned about information systems, engineering, mathematics/statistics, programming, science, project management or related fields with five (5) years of experience in information systems in a professional setting; in lieu of a four-year degree, you should bring a total of seven (7) years of experience in which you have gained an understanding of information systems.Experience with hybrid cloud environments in a data center or technology support (IT) environment.Experience in operations, monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows Server environment.Working knowledge of general IT technologies such as (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, OKTA, DevOps, Proofpoint, Zscaler, TCP/IP, SMTP, Authentication concepts, Agile).This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy; three days (3) in office.Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies.CompensationSalary Range:

$84,000 – $128,800 USD annually. This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate. Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus/incentive plan.At ENGIE, we take your well-being seriously.
