Our client is seeking a litigation associate to join their Commercial Litigation team in Miami. This role involves focused reading and writing, crafting arguments, and mastering various discrete areas of law.The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of general commercial litigation experience, deposition and case management experience, strong research and brief writing skills, and Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
