COMMERCIAL DISPUTES ASSOCIATE (0831)

Our client, a globally recognized law firm, is seeking a junior associate to join their Commercial Disputes practice in their dynamic Miami office. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience with general commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout Florida.Candidates should have experience independently conducting research, drafting substantive pleadings and motions, and managing the discovery practice, including e-discovery. Candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted and in good standing as a member of the Florida Bar. Clerkship or journal experience is preferred but not required.Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and exceptional research and writing abilities.
