Job SummaryThe Commercial Sales Executive will be key to driving new business and expanding our footprint in the commercial and multifamily sectors. This independent role requires a motivated self-starter with strong prospecting abilities, relationship-building skills, and a hands-on approach to managing the sales process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial and multifamily roofing markets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Create and deliver accurate project estimates and detailed proposals.
Manage CRM activities to efficiently track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Prepare and present persuasive sales presentations.
Collaborate with the Commercial team to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Experience:
3+ years in commercial or multifamily sales.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Work Environment
Hybrid role with remote flexibility.
Travel required within the Chicagoland area.
