CLICK HERE.Responsibilities:Supports a strong, team-based culture that aligns with investment in our people, taking care of our customers and achievement of core expectations.Focused engagement with all members of the team to make sure that they are supported and achieve a high level of success.Must be able to resolve both personnel and customer issues promptly and effectively.Clear understanding of strong cross-functional relationships and what they mean to manage a successful business.Develops and implements effective collaborative strategies to achieve expectations.Successfully executes all action plans and strategies to achieve the desired outcome.Possesses a strong business acumen to make sound decisions pertaining to the needs of the business including all aspects of P&L.Create and submit an annual sales plan based on market potential.Work with the inside sales manager to ensure customer orders are entered and processed correctly and efficiently.Ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively.Implement and support corporate initiatives intended to achieve the corporate mission.Must be willing to complete sales calls as needed with your direct reports.Other duties may be assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required; minimum 4 years of sales experience.5-10 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing or engineering.Sales Management required.A commitment to the concept of doing it right the first time.Technically knowledgeable, conscientious, detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.Valid Driver's License; must be able to complete a drug test and background check.Why Join Us:
