THE JOB

Live Nation's Media & Sponsorship Division is seeking a

Regional Integrated Marketing College Associate.

Live Nation Media & Sponsorship division sells and manages the company's expansive breadth of brand partnerships. It is an exciting, fast-paced team that collaborates with all facets of Live Nation's business including venues, festivals, ticketing, artists, content, media (digital, social, mobile), promotions, and concert production.

The Regional Integrated Marketing team builds strategic and creative brand partnerships to achieve our clients' core objectives, through the power of live music. From driving brand awareness through a Live Nation venue partnership to incentivizing purchase through custom live music promotions and prizing, we are the team that works closely with the regional Sales team to understand what local businesses and brands need and ideate thoughtful ways to integrate them into the Live Nation's ecosystem of venues and festivals.

We are a team of self-motivated, thoughtful, and business-minded strategic marketers who work across a range of brand categories and closely with all departments of the Media and Sponsorship division. We are looking for a College Associate who is excited to jump in to assist the team with ideation, problem solving, background research, and more.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Assist in presentation creation including, but not limited to: image sourcing, data pulling, copy editing, design, etc.Support the Regional Sales Team to create sales resources for Live Nation's portfolio of venues and regional festivalsHelp organize and update the storage of sales materials, images, and information to make the proposal development process more efficientCollaborate with internal teams (digital, creative, strategy) to aid in the development of well-rounded programsCompile and analyze data to apply to existing client work and new pitchesBe a cultural researcher, keeping the team up to speed on all things music, marketing, innovation, and experienceContribute to the creative process by attending brainstorming sessions

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRINGMust be a current student enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's program at an accredited college or university or a recent graduateSuperior project management skills including managing multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) and attention to detailA proactive, collaborative, and organized working styleProven ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressureAn eye for design; can organize program elements in a clear and aesthetic mannerProficient in Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, & Excel), ability with Apple Keynote, Photoshop and YouGov are a bonusDeep curiosity about emerging marketing trends and ability to integrate into brand programsStrong passion for brand music partnerships, including knowledge of current artists, festivals, general music culture, and industry trendsCreative writing background or interest in strategic storytelling

New York City Hiring Rate*: $20/ hour
