We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager who has worked on large online services projects. This candidate will love bringing definition to complex technology projects and is an expert at navigating ambiguous spaces. Responsibilities

Drive definition and alignment of technology initiatives and projects with key stakeholders and teams. Author functional specs and documentation.

Create schedules and milestones for technology initiatives and projects; Ensure teams understand goals and manage delivery through all phases of development.

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across the organization to ensure timely delivery.

Identify risks in advance and drive the team towards successful resolution before the risks turn into fires.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product developmentOR equivalent experience.

2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Experience designing, building, delivering, and maintaining applications and services for high availability, resiliency, and performance in a dynamic environment.

Experience translating consumer and business goals into end-to-end feature plans (scenarios, functional specs, schedules).

Preferred Qualifications:

Passion for games and understanding of how games positively affect and influence people’s lives.

Ability to understand what resonates with players and creators.

Proven ability to plan, create and maintain a highly effective production schedule for multiple disciplines in all phases of development, from concept to completion.

You must embrace ambiguity and act.

Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be a master at conflict resolution. Be comfortable presenting and demonstrating products for large and small audiences.

Self-motivated, flexible, and results driven.

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
