Job Description - Senior Applications Analyst (Workday Platform Analyst) (240002LG)DescriptionThe Senior Applications Analyst, Workday will be responsible for supporting the ongoing design, deployment, and maintenance of the Workday HCM and/or Finance system. This role will work closely with business and functional leaders to ensure the system meets the organization’s needs and enhances service delivery.The Senior Applications Analyst provides technical expertise and leadership for the application team. They lead and manage projects involving the implementation, optimization, and integration of applications with other healthcare systems and revenue cycle platforms. This role will be a mentor to guide junior analysts to deliver high-quality application solutions.QualificationsMinimum EducationBachelor's Degree (Required) or relevant experience in integration architecture beyond the minimum required work experience may substitute for the educational requirement on a 1-1 ratio i.e. one year of relevant work experience equals one year of required education.Minimum Work Experience5 years' experience in application support and Enterprise solutions. (Required)Required Skills/KnowledgeDuties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Solid understanding of healthcare and revenue cycle workflows. Proficiency in healthcare application modules and tools. Experience in system configuration and customization. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. A strategic thinker with a history of successfully leading and executing complex application projects. A mentor and guide for junior analysts, providing expert-level support and facilitating their professional growth. Proficient in data analytics, utilizing insights to drive decision-making and optimize healthcare and revenue cycle workflows. Exceptional in your leadership approach, inspiring the team and aligning application strategies with organizational objectives. A proactive problem solver, anticipating challenges and implementing innovative solutions for continuous process improvement.Functional AccountabilitiesManage all aspects of deployment projects and work closely with the internal teams on status, issues, and communications.Define business specifications with the Children’s National user community for the global deployment of the application.Define and drive business specifications for product and component integration points.
