SUMMARY
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Analytics Solutions department. This role will focus on building dashboards and delivering actionable insights to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, enjoys working in a dynamic team environment, and excels at translating complex data into clear, impactful visualizations.ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing departmental insights on performance and developing advanced data models to solve various quantitative projects. You will work closely with technology teams on business requirements and data warehouse solutions to meet departmental needs. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work directly with executives to support high-level analytics and reporting needs.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards using Power BI to provide insights on product performance and overall business results.Create and manage large datasets and complex data models to enable business leaders to make data-driven decisions.Actively participate in our data governance program, developing strong data catalog standards and quality controls.Collaborate with other departments and technology teams, acting as a liaison to complete projects.Work with senior executives on strategic deep dives, developing data models and insights on topics such as ROI of strategic investments, product optimization, and resource allocation.Communicate complex analytical findings clearly to diverse audiences, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts.REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, MIS, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.3-5 years of experience in a data analyst role, with a focus on business intelligence and dashboard development.Strong proficiency in Power BI, including advanced knowledge of DAX and Power Query.Solid understanding of SQL; experience with Azure or Snowflake is advantageous.Experience with advanced analytics platforms such as Alteryx.Proven ability to solve complex problems using statistical analysis techniques (e.g., regression, A/B testing, clustering) on large datasets.Excellent data visualization skills and ability to create compelling, informative dashboards.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.Proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric approach and high attention to detail.All Locations:
