Your Role at Raising Cane’s:The

Senior Presentation Designer

provides support for all forms of communications media solutions. These include presentation design, publications (print and e-doc), web- and app-delivered messaging, graphics, and event creative support. Daily tasks range from creating individual spot graphics to collaborative support in more involved projects. This role requires innovation in approach to graphic concepts, strong knowledge of the Raising Cane’s brand and Culture, and advanced experience using industry standard design tools and project management.Your Impact and Responsibilities:Concepts and designs creative solutions as assigned for various media including:

Executive presentation materials to support medium to large-scale eventsPresentation materials to support events and initiatives of various sizeSocial media styled graphics (including GIFs, working with motion graphics)Graphics and campaign styled materials to support Restaurant Support Office departments within Raising Cane’s (ex: Benefits, Recruiting, Restaurant Operations, etc.)Digital display board graphics used in Restaurant Support Offices

Completes design production needs that require high-end and timely attentionCreates high-level design concepts and translates them into appropriate media solutionsCollaborates cross-functionally within Raising Cane’s to align media needs and audience focusesProvides consultative expertise on creative and media direction optionsCollaborates with design team and greater Communications department to assure alignment, timelines and solutions to support the needs of the businessQualifications

Requirements for Success:8+ years professional experience in developing diverse graphic design solutionsBachelor’s Degree from accredited graphic design schoolDemonstrated expertise in all forms of print layout and designStrong general graphic design background in areas such as color theory, typography, etc.Advanced experience using most current versions of core design tools (Adobe Cloud apps, etc.)Concept development capabilities - ability to generate ideas resulting in unique graphic design solutionsSolid portfolio of recent work samples, displaying diversity in concept and brand alignmentReliable self-guidance in adhering to project and production schedules, interim milestones, and delivery deadlinesHighly collaborative approach to opportunities, coupled with strong sense of project ownershipEngaged awareness of Raising Cane’s branding guidelines and current market positioningOpenness to direct design concepts discussion and constructive feedbackFile management comprehension to assure version control and protection of intellectual propertyMature communication skills - verbal and writtenAbility to multi-task, deliver projects simultaneously, while responding to unforeseen needsInterest in consistent learning, and ongoing enhancement of skillsStrong understanding using Adobe design apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPointMicrosoft Proficient: Word and ExcelAbility to work in a fast-paced, consumer brand organizationAbility to deliver results under heavy pressure deadlinesMust maintain confidential informationAbility to work out of Dallas Restaurant Support Office located in Plano, TXAbility to travel for meeting and event support as requiredSolid work-related references
