Your Role at Raising Cane’s:The
Director of Creative Services
is an account management role. They will lead the team that oversees the sourcing, negotiating, scheduling, communication, and management of vendors and resources, while collaborating closely with the creative team on ideation and execution of all print, digital, and motion assets. This role requires a detail-oriented, strategic, confident, and proactive individual with exceptional problem-solving skills to help lead the in-house Creative Services team and external agency partners, ensuring deadlines are met and delivering best-in-class advertising.Your Impact and Responsibilities:Provides direction and support to internal and external teams in developing all advertising and promotional efforts, including primary and secondary campaigns, regional and local advertising campaigns, international campaigns, and competitive blunting.Collaborates with Brand, Marketing Communications, Media, and Restaurant Marketing teams to ensure the successful launch of each campaign.Oversees and manages relationships with media and agency partners.Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement in the creative development process to support the company’s rapid growth.Possesses in-depth knowledge of marketing, creative, and design processes.Utilizes an operations and logistical mindset to drive to deadlines.Demonstrates expert time management, project management, and organizational skills.Provides support for the restaurants and serves as a leader in developing strategic creative solutions for the field-based teams.Qualifications
Requirements for Success:10+ years of experience at an advertising agency or in a creative services role required.Experience in directing agency relationships and working with creative and media teams.Microsoft proficient: Excel, PowerPoint and Word.Experience within the QSR industry (with franchise operations) highly desirable.Expertise in creative and design strategy development, as well as project management from concept to execution.Experience and knowledge in all marketing communication channels.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to be resourceful.Experience mentoring and leading a team of direct reports.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills.Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing or Advertising degree preferred).Additional Information
