to join the company to drive market presence and spearhead growth.Role Overview:This executive role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth across our communities. Reporting to the CEO, the VP will lead a team of regional and community-level sales and marketing professionals, collaborating closely with operations, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment with company goals and market demands.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop, implement, and oversee company-wide sales and marketing strategies to optimize occupancy, enhance brand presence, and achieve revenue targets across all communities.Leadership & Team Development:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales and marketing team, including regional directors and community-level sales professionals. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Market Analysis & Positioning:
Conduct ongoing market analysis to assess competition, identify opportunities, and ensure each community’s offerings align with market needs and trends.Revenue & Budget Management:
Oversee sales and marketing budgets, forecast occupancy and revenue projections, and manage resources effectively to meet financial goals.Brand & Digital Strategy:
