The Madrone School is a private, non-profit school that provides ABA and educational services in a full-day, year-round program to children with autism in the greater Seattle area. We are a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to the children we serve and our core values of Respect, Empowerment, Commitment, Communication, and Innovation. We are looking for a dynamic BCBA to join our team!

At The Madrone School, we use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help our students, grades K-12, learn and grow in a school environment. Our Redmond campus provides a setting for students who require 1:1 instruction and older students developing adaptive and vocational skills. Our Woodinville campus serves our younger, emerging learners. Instructional domains across all of our programs include: communication/verbal behavior, functional academics, self-management skills, social skills, leisure skills, adaptive skills, prevocational skills, and managing challenging behaviors.

Our BCBAs maintain small caseloads, work out of our school locations (no driving), and maintain full-time, day-time hours (8:00-4:30). We offer a competitive compensation that is commensurate with experience in the field and generous reimbursement for continuing education.

We are a 501c(3) non-profit organization.
