Join a world-class team in the heart of Hollywood and support a Senior Vice President in the Motion Picture Business Affairs department. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:Coordinate Executive's schedules and make appointmentsMaintain and distribute agenda for a weekly meeting among executives of various departments (e.g., Business Affairs, Legal Affairs, Creative, Production)Handle priority and scheduling changes as they occurManage supervisor's contacts and calendarAssist Executive in maintaining timely arrival & attendance to meetings & eventsEnsure meeting attendees, phone conference bridges, etc. are timely and in place before the Executive's arrival and meeting start time.Perform administrative duties such as filing, e-filing, scanning/copying documents, document preparation, document and mail distribution, office supply maintenance, and expense report preparationBuild and manage database and spreadsheet filesScreen and respond to incoming calls and correspondenceCoordinate conference calls and meetings (in-person or virtual) with talent agencies, talent law firms, and/or internal Paramount executivesCompose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and other documentsResolve general administrative issues (Includes facilities, supplies, general office equipment, and telecom requests)Greet scheduled visitors and conduct to appropriate area or person
Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree1+ years of experience in an administrative support roleProficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Internet softwareExperience in the customs and language of the U.S. entertainment industry
Additional Qualifications:Administrative experience supporting a high-level executive, preferably in entertainmentDeep understanding of talent agencies, talent, and working with high-profile executivesAbility to be adept at multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing projects in a fast-paced environmentAbility to handle confidential materials and demonstrate professional maturityStrong organizational skills, with the ability to attend to details while maintaining a big-picture orientationAbility to handle a wide variety of tasks with little or no supervisionGood attention to detail and follow-through skillsDemonstrate good judgment and ability to deal with confidential and sensitive issues

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
