Position Responsibilities :Responsible for executing production schedule and hourly monitoring of performance to production scheduleMonitor and continuously improve workshop efficiency, effectiveness, and safety performance regarding all aspects of the remanufacturing processesSupervise, conduct performance reviews, and maintain training records and development plans for direct reports.Ensure workshop works within the quality guidelines of IATF6949.Implements & enforces ZF policies regarding safety and personnel. Performs safety audits.Required Education, Skills and Experience:High School diploma or equivalent required.3+ years’ experience in a production remanufacturing or logistics operation.Strong background in utilizing ERP systems (SAP Preferred) and Quality standards.Flexibility to provide supervision for adjacent shifts.Be part of our ZF team as Remanufacturing Shop Supervisor- 3rd shift and apply now!
