Corporate Transactional and Partnership Tax Associate – New York

We are looking to speak with mid to senior-level tax associate attorneys to join our client’s well regarded and busy Tax practice group in New York. This is an opportunity to advance your practice advising clients on US and cross-border tax-planning strategies, taxable and tax-free mergers, and acquisitions and dispositions of US and foreign corporations. You will regularly counsel clients on partnership tax matters involving fund formation and restructuring, as well as represent private equity fund and venture capital sponsors and their portfolio companies in transactions, joint ventures, liquidations, and investments. If you have a background in energy, real estate, and international taxation, we would be excited to explore this opportunity with you.
