$250,000 – $370,000This is an excellent opportunity to grow your practice across federal income taxation, with an emphasis on:Real estate private equity fundsPublic and private REITsMergers and acquisitionsReal estate investment trustsInfrastructure projectsCapital marketsReal estate acquisitions and divestituresYou will also advise clients on:Fund formation and acquisitions of portfolio companies by private equity fundsStructuring of inbound foreign investmentReal estate finance (representing developers and financial institutions)Corporate acquisitions and reorganizationsThe work is rewarding, the team is fantastic, and the career development and market exposure is the next level.
