Real Estate Associate – Washington, DC

We are looking to speak with real estate attorneys with 2+ years’ commercial practice experience to join our client’s well-regarded real estate practice in Washington, DC. Join a firm where all attorneys, regardless of level, are encouraged to participate fully in the work of the firm and to express their views on client issues and firm matters. This is an opportunity to join an active team who represent clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing across commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors, including assisting hotel owners with the buying, selling, and management of hotels and resorts, in jurisdictions around the United States. You will be able to maintain and manage your practice as well as an active pro bono practice, typically advising individuals and non-profit organizations on real estate issues.
