REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE (0474)

Our client, a renowned law firm, is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financings to join their Washington DC team. The ideal candidate will have experience representing Borrowers/Owners/Investors, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate documents, assisting in the due diligence process, reviewing loan documents on behalf of Borrowers, and generally representing clients in buying, selling, and financing commercial real estate. The candidate should have "big law" firm experience, strong writing, organizational and analytical skills, the ability to conduct legal research and analysis, and the ability to work as part of a team. The firm offers a hybrid work policy, with Monday and Friday as WFH days. DC bar membership is required. Our client is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
