Enrollment Registrar Director (HEO) - Lehman CollegePOSITION DETAILSIn addition to the CUNY Title Overview, the Enrollment Registrar Director reports directly to the Senior Registrar and will be responsible for the following duties:Management of all academic information; maintaining the integrity, confidentiality, and security of all related documents in accordance with FERPA guidelines.Ensure compliance with University and College academic policies and procedures and work with academic offices to implement and consistently enforce these guidelines and processes.Responsible for the execution of all end-of-term processes, including but not limited to, batch term activation, creation and management of enrollment appointments, registration activities, collection of grades, National Student Clearinghouse reporting, academic department data requests, mass assignment of student groups, Post Enrollment Requisite Checking, and the utilization of queries and reports as required.Management of the College's student information systems, essential to the College constituents, and provide strategic supervision of student records, registration, and documents. The Registrar serves as a partner with College and University offices/departments to streamline processes.This role will oversee the graduation audit process for Graduate and Doctoral candidates, including managing the staff responsible for the review and processing of graduation audits.Administers Registrar activities related to Return to Title IV.This role will engage in continuous staff development and training to ensure best practices around policies and procedures.Collaborates with campus-wide offices, units, and departments to triage a wide range of issues including student enrollment, registration, billing, financial aid, and student progress towards degree requirements and completion.Under the direction of the Academic Standards Appeals Committee, executes student appeals related to adjustments to student enrollment.Directly assists the Senior Registrar in the development, documentation, and implementation of practices that contribute to achieving the goals of the Office of the Registrar.Represents the Senior Registrar at key meetings with Deans, Department Chairs and acts on his/her behalf as directed.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree and eight years' related experience required.CUNY TITLE OVERVIEWDirects College registration operations and serves as Registrar.Provides leadership in advancing the College's enrollment goals and is responsible for all activities associated with the registration process.Develops strategic plan to address student enrollment, registration activities, data collection and dissemination, records confidentiality and degree audit protocol; assures quality of testing and implementation of system updates.Oversees a wide array of enrollment and retention initiatives and special projects; recommends and administers enhanced technology applications to improve processing systems and data integrity.Assesses outcomes and formulates responses to meet established goals and objectives; presents performance results data to facilitate executive decision-making.Ensures reporting requirements are completed in timely and accurate manner to fulfill various legal obligations; maintains audit trails.Manages professional and clerical staff as well as department budget.Performs related duties as assigned.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS$111,560 - $132,987, Salary commensurate with education and experience.
