to join a prominent Tax & Benefits practice group at a well-respected law firm known for its expertise in Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs). This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated attorney to contribute to a dynamic team that values client service and professional growth.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on ESOP plan design and implementationDevelop and structure leveraged ESOP strategiesGuide companies on tax and ERISA implications of ESOP transactionsStructure business transactions involving ESOPsProvide comprehensive tax planning servicesQualificationsJD from an accredited law school3-5 years of relevant experience

in ESOPs or related fieldsStrong academic credentials and excellent analytical and writing skillsClient-service oriented with exceptional communication abilitiesEnthusiasm for working with and building a diverse teamAbility to handle significant individual responsibilitiesCompensation & BenefitsSalary Range : $140,000 - $180,000 annually (dependent on experience and qualifications)Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with employer contributions, commuter allowance, disability and life insurance, parental leave, and more.Application ProcessCandidates based in the Seattle, Spokane, or Portland areas are encouraged to apply.
