Tax & Benefits Attorney

with extensive experience in corporate and transactional law to join a leading law firm’s Tax & Benefits practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex business matters, including mergers, reorganizations, acquisitions, and other high-stakes transactions, as well as the development, implementation, and regulation of ESOPs and ERISA-governed plans.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate complex transactional projectsAdvise clients on mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and other corporate transactionsCollaborate within a firmwide client service team to deliver comprehensive solutionsProvide guidance on ESOP and ERISA matters (prior ESOP experience is a plus)QualificationsJD from an accredited law school10+ years

of experience as a corporate/transactional attorney in a law firm settingProven track record of managing significant deals and complex transactionsSound business judgment, strategic thinking, and strong communication skillsESOP experience or Tax LL.M. preferred but not requiredPortable business is a plusCompensation & BenefitsSalary Range : $180,000 - $300,000 annually (dependent on experience and qualifications)Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer contributions, disability and life insurance, commuter allowance, parental leave, billable credit hours for DEI and pro bono work, annual bonus, and more.Application ProcessCandidates based in the Seattle, Spokane, or Portland areas are encouraged to apply.
