Corporate Paralegal (Remote)

Established mid-sized law firm is expanding and hiring a Corporate Paralegal. This is a permanent position with full benefits. Salary is estimated, with full benefits and other incentives. Remote option after training if desired.The Corporate Paralegal is responsible for:Drafting, filing and managing various business entity documents for corporations, LLCs, and partnerships with government agencies.Assisting or managing the process for entity formation and governance.Handling elements of asset and business purchases and M&A transactions.The Paralegal will work closely with experienced Corporate Attorneys in a busy department. Experience preparing financial analysis, tax filings for entities, and familiarity with EINs, S-elections, QSSTs, ESBTs, and exempt organizations is strongly preferred.
