Four-year bachelor’s degree and successful completion of law school from an accredited law schoolExcellent time management and interpersonal skills are required, as well as persuasive writing and verbal communication skillsApplicants must have trial, mediation, and arbitration representation experienceMember of state and local bar associations in good standingAble to work independently while handling multiple filesCompensation
