Culture/ Recruiting Specialist

is responsible for ensuring the space is inclusive, respectful, and caring of folks from all backgrounds. They will lead community-building efforts both within and outside of the agency. They will also source talent for account management, strategy, production, digital and project management (non-creative departments).Responsibilities:Oversee and manage agency monthly cultural programming.Assist with planning on all company-wide events.Assist with agency award submissions.Manage entry-level roles across account management, strategy, production, digital and project management (non-creative departments).Partner with Executive Director of Talent & Culture and team on new hire experience.Lead Braveheart Summer Internship program.Assist employee management of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) partnering with Executive Director of Talent & Culture.Participate with industry organizations to stay up-to-date on news and opportunities to promote inclusivity.Assist with ad hoc projects with Talent & Culture team.Requirements:1-3 years of talent acquisition or human resources experience; strong preference for candidates with a track record of success at an ad agency, entertainment, or media agency experience.A strong sense of urgency, a high degree of initiative, and the ability to lead.A collaborative work style and drive to work with hiring managers to find the best talent for their teams.Experience with planning and executing social, cultural, and philanthropic events for a medium-sized creative company.Demonstrated skills in organization, attention-to-detail, and follow-through.Very strong written and verbal communication skills required.Video Link (1 min. max); show us why you're brave!
